Administrative and industrial complex located on a plot of quadrangular configuration, uneven, and with a slightly oblique layout on the south side. This built set is composed of functionally and architecturally differentiated constructions, basically defined in a building for the Administration and another for the Workshops, with internal communication is ensured by two walkways (at the 1st floor) supported by pillars. The Administration building, with a rectangular plan, three floors (including basement) and roof terrace, is located to the north, has a longitudinal layout and is aligned with the public road.
