The Senate of Canada Building, known prior to 2018 as the Government Conference Centre, is a classified building located on Rideau Street, near the Rideau Canal, on Parliament Hill in Ottawa, Canada. It is the former Union Station.
The Senate of Canada Building was designated a Federal Heritage Building on January 19, 1989.
Starting in 2019 and for a period of at least 10 years, the Senate of Canada Building will serve as the chamber for the Senate of Canada, while the Centre Block is restored.
