Single-family residential architecture consisting of a mostly single-storey house. The construction would be staggered, following the slope of the land, taking aesthetic advantage of a rocky outcrop. It features a terrace area facing the pool and a private solarium area.
The entire living area and bedrooms would have sea views and would be protected from the north wind.
A duplex area was planned in the living room. The pool would be located in the lower part of the house. The architectural appearance of the house was intended to correspond to the rural characteristics of the area.
