The Mitra campus of the University of Évora, located in Valverde, near the city of Évora, is made up of the Mitra College, the Bom Jesus de Valverde College, the Mitra Experimental Estate and the housing complex. It is home to the departments of Rural Engineering, Plant Science, Veterinary Medicine and Zootechnics, as well as support services. The building is located in the southern quadrant of the Centre and was inaugurated in 1996. The project was built with some alterations to the model on display
